Bind panning if cursors are bound, not with zooming
Currently, the zooming and panning are bound together, and this is independent of binding the cursors.
This causes problems if the cursors are not bound but the zooming and panning is. If in this situation you pan an image then you can "push off" the cursor out or the window for the other image.
Or, you can place the cursor to the same display position for in the other window, but since the cursor points to another position of that image, the image will move away what is wrong.
