Create DnD Display geometries with same origin as for MITK Display
DnD Display puts the origin of the sagittal and coronal renderers in the world bottom-left-back corner and the origin of the axial renderer in the world bottom-left-front corner.
In the MITK display the origin of the sagittal and coronal renderers is in the world bottom-left-back corner as well, but the origin of the axial renderer is in the world top-left-front corner.
According to the documentation, the origin should always be in the bottom-left-back corner, so I reported this as a bug in MITK:
This does not affect the visualisation, as the corner points are the same. However, in the axial window, the world index coordinates start from a different corner and increase in a different direction then in physical (mm) space. Similarly, slice numbering is not from bottom to top but from top to bottom in the axial renderer.
This causes problems for the side viewer which works differently when used with the MITK Display or the DnD Display.
