Data source playback bugs on Windows

During the course of trying to sort #5344 (closed) if updated master of htredigo (Moustafa's machine) and now get crashes. If running in debug I get IGIDataSources/Threads/niftkIGIDataSourceGrabbingThread.cxx line 39 throws a memory violation exception (m_Source->GrabData()). Running without debug I get IGITrackers/niftkIGISingleFileBackend.cxx mitkThrow() << "Empty m_PlaybackIndex, which must be a programming bug!"

I don't seem to get these problems on linux.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
